New and Reroofing Applications - Used in a 3 or 4 ply configuration, a Ram ColdTar built-up roofing membrane can be installed over most popular deck and insulation systems. When installed in accordance with Barrett specifications, a Ram ColdTar membrane system can be warranted for up to 20 years.
Roof Maintenance - Ram ColdTar is commonly used for a variety of maintenance procedures.

Roof Restoration - A Ram ColdTar roof restoration captures the remaining value in an existing membrane system, mends deficiencies and adds a new waterproofing and surfacing, all at a cost of as much as 60% less than typical reroofing procedures. Considered a maintenance procedure, this process is less restricted by most building codes and avoids the tax burden associated with long-term depreciation requirements.
Following Barrett Ram ColdTar roof restoration procedures, qualified restoration projects can receive a water-tightness warranty for up to 10 years.
